Tumbling

Tumbling classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and body control through age-appropriate acrobatic skills. Students learn foundational tumbling techniques while building confidence, discipline, and safe movement habits. Tumbling is a great complement to dance training and helps dancers improve their overall strength, agility, and performance skills.

Tumbling 1

Tumbling 1 introduces dancers to the fundamentals of acrobatics in a safe and supportive environment. Students will learn basic skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and introductory tumbling progressions while developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence.

AGE: 5-7

*Age is a recomendation and may differ depending on ability and experince.

Tumbling 2

Tumbling 2 is designed for students who have mastered foundational skills and are ready to progress their tumbling technique. Students will continue building strength, flexibility, control, and confidence while working on more advanced skills and combinations.

AGE: 5-7
