DANCE,
Elevated
Rise Dance Studio is committed to providing excellence in dance education while celebrating the artistry, discipline, and joy that dance brings. We believe that well-rounded dancers benefit from training in a variety of styles, which is why we offer instruction in Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, and more for children, teens, and adults.
Serving dancers ages 2 through adult, our classes are designed for all experience levels and are taught by dedicated professionals under the direction of Miss Marie Bahner.
Our structured, sequential curriculum is designed to help dancers grow at their own pace while developing strong technique, confidence, musicality, flexibility, strength, and discipline. Each class is thoughtfully designed to support dancers’ individual growth and physical development while building a strong foundation for continued training.
At RISE Dance Studio, we pride ourselves on creating a positive and encouraging environment where dancers can feel confident expressing themselves. Our performances and classes feature age-appropriate music, themes, and costumes that allow every dancer to shine while maintaining the values and standards that make our studio special.
Our annual recital is a celebration of each dancer’s hard work, growth, and accomplishments throughout the year. It provides students with the opportunity to showcase their dedication and share the excitement of dance with family and friends.
Dance is a lifelong journey that builds more than just technical skills. Through dance education, students develop confidence, perseverance, teamwork, discipline, and a lasting appreciation for the arts—skills that will benefit them both on and off the stage.

Jazz
Jazz is an energetic and versatile dance style that focuses on technique, style, musicality, and performance quality. Students develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning dynamic movements and choreography. Jazz training is beneficial for dancers interested in cheerleading, drill team, performance opportunities, dance teams, scholarships, or simply enjoying dance in a fun and supportive environment.
Lyrical
Lyrical dance combines the technical foundations of ballet and jazz with expressive movement and storytelling. Students develop musicality, flexibility, strength, and emotional expression while learning choreography that encourages creativity and individuality. Lyrical is a beautiful style for dancers who enjoy connecting movement with music and performing with confidence and artistry.

Tap
Tap is an exciting dance style that combines movement, rhythm, and musicality. Students learn foundational tap steps while developing coordination, timing, balance, and confidence. Through progressive training and engaging choreography, dancers build strong rhythmic skills and a deeper understanding of how movement and music work together.
Tiny Tots
Tiny Tots introduces young dancers to the joy of movement in a fun, positive, and age-appropriate environment. Students will develop coordination, balance, rhythm, creativity, and confidence through basic dance steps, creative movement, music, and imaginative activities. This class helps build a strong foundation for future dance training while encouraging a love for dance from the very beginning.

Technique
Technique classes are designed to help dancers improve their overall strength, flexibility, control, and technical skills. Students will focus on proper alignment, turns, leaps, jumps, balance, and movement quality while developing the strength and confidence needed to excel in all styles of dance.
Tumbling
Tumbling classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and body control through age-appropriate acrobatic skills. Students will learn and progress through foundational tumbling techniques while building confidence, discipline, and awareness of safe movement. This class is a great complement to dancers looking to enhance their skills in jazz, cheer, hip hop, and other performance styles.

Competition Team
Our Competition Team gives dedicated dancers the opportunity to grow their skills, build confidence, and showcase their talents through competitions and performances. Auditions are held annually in June or July. Team members are required to participate in designated classes and weekly rehearsals to continue developing their technique and prepare for performances. Fundraising opportunities are available to help support competition expenses.
